Mindfulness

Connecting to your performance vessel.

As a performer, our mind and body are vital parts of our gift. Aside from the ritual practice of gratitude and self-empowerment, JTPC provides tools for young people to use to calm their mind for performances. When on stage, we unconsciously send our body into ‘fight or flight’, a well-known survival mechanism that occurs in the sympathetic nervous system. Using psychological tricks and general mindfulness tips, JTPC enables you to use your parasympathetic nervous system (‘rest & digest’) in an attempt to get you more comfortable with performing.

Artistry

Discovering who you are.

At JTPC, we firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to express who they are and who they want to be - we provide a safe environment so that young artists can discover the kind of person they wish to become in the entertainment industry. Additionally, we offer guidance in how to "sell your brand" in a unique and authentic way with the intention of obtaining gigs to prepare you for work in your chosen career field.

Power

Igniting performance passion.

Every performance shapes another person's journey - whether they are a performer or not. Acting, Dancing, and Singing is all about storytelling. Western culture has adapted sacred storytelling practices to fit t h e mainstream narrative. We provide entertainment, purpose, and connection to people, which is why it is so important to perform and act with the most genuine intention possible. At JTPC, we help guide you in healthily exploring your capacity to give and receive energy in performances.

  • JTPC is dedicated to nurturing performers so they can grow with confidence while developing the skills needed to thrive in the industry.

We provide personalised coaching that strengthens technique, encourages authentic expression, and offers creative mentorship in a supportive space where artists can explore, refine, and excel.
